To reset your password:

1. Go to the Reset Password page.
2. Enter your registered username.
3. Check your email inbox for the OTP sent by LPU Times.
4. Enter the OTP on the verification page.
5. Set your new password and save changes.

To deactivate your account:

1. Go to the Deactivate Account page.
2. Enter your username and password to confirm your identity.
3. Click the Deactivate button to permanently deactivate your account.
4. If you face any issues, contact support at support@lputimes.in.

Note: You can reactivate your account anytime by contacting support or logging in again if reactivation is allowed for your account type.

If you are not receiving verification emails:

• Check your spam or junk mail folder.
• Ensure you entered the correct email address while signing up.
• If still not found, contact our support at support@lputimes.in.

To report:

1. Visit the profile or post you wish to report.
2. Click on the options (⋮) icon.
3. Select Report and follow the prompts.
